During or immediately prior to becoming a client, Pia Luzzi Coaching / Motherlution may collect personal data, including sensitive data such as health information or financial information. Personal data is used only for:

• Provision of coaching, Pilates, and related services

• Communication with clients

• Billing and payment processing

• Marketing communications (newsletter, promotions)

Legal basis: Processing occurs based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9 GDPR) or contract fulfillment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2. Photo and Video Recording
You may not record or photograph any person without their consent. Pia Luzzi may take photos or footage during classes for promotional purposes, in which you may appear. By participating, you consent to such usage unless you object in writing.

3. Security and Confidentiality
We treat all personal data confidentially. Any sensitive information provided during coaching or prior to becoming a client is securely stored and only accessible to authorized personnel.

4. Third-Party Services and Storage
Data may be stored using trusted third-party providers (e.g., Squarespace, Stripe, Calendly, Flodesk) according to GDPR. No data is shared with unauthorized third parties.

Storage duration: Personal data is kept only as long as necessary for the services provided or until consent is withdrawn.

5. Newsletter and Marketing
By opting in to newsletters, booking discovery calls, or making a purchase, you consent to receiving emails and storing your data in our databases. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.

6. Rights of Data Subjects
You have the right to:

• Access your personal data we process

• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

• Request deletion of personal data if it is no longer necessary
