This virtual, live group program combines Pilates with a women’s circle, guiding you from disconnection and overwhelm to strength, clarity, and deep connection - with your body, yourself, and a circle of mothers who truly understand.

What’s included in the Mother Power group program:
Kick-off & Intro Session (90 min)
Ground yourself, set intentions, and begin this journey with support.
Live Virtual Pilates (6 x 45 min)
Twice weekly (Mon & Thu, 9:30–10:15 AM). Gentle but powerful sessions to strengthen your core, ease back pain, and boost energy.
Mother’s Circle (1 x 90 min)
A space to reflect, share, and be truly seen. No pressure, no judgement - just honest conversation and connection.
A Small Group (max. 6 participants)

Honoring Jessie Harrold: The name of my 4-week program, Mother Power, was inspired by Jessie Harrold (discover her work), who shares about the MotherPowers in her book Mothershift: Self-Tending, Creativity, Embodiment, Ritual, Community, Inner Knowing, and Earth Connection.
I’m forever grateful to have found Jessie and her work. Her wisdom has inspired me deeply and continues to shape the way I support mothers in reconnecting with their strength, creativity, and inner guidance. I’m especially grateful for the way she guides—with such professionalism, integrity, and care - which has set a powerful example for my own work. Read her book - it’s a true treasure!

Yes! After completing the 4-week program, you have the option to continue in a monthly subscription at a cost of €177 per month (incl. VAT) where we will focus on strength, energy, posture & lasting routines.

All you need is a mat, a laptop and a thick couch cushion or yoga bolster!

Kids are always welcome in the Pilates session. Come as you are - child or no child, pajamas or workout clothes. The main thing is that you show up.

No problem! You’ll receive the recording the same day and you can do it in your own time.

If the scheduled times don’t work for your family or work, just reach out, I’m always open to suggestions and can occasionally offer new time slots.

Yes! This is why this group program exists. Most women feel this way when they join. Classes are designed to progress slowly, so everyone is challenged but not overwhelmed. My method is forward-thinking and motivating, and with 2 sessions per week, you’ll quickly feel stronger, more flexible, and more capable!

Your health and safety is my highest priority. For all (acute) injuries and pain, follow your doctor’s guidance. To join this program, make sure you’re cleared for movement by a health professional. Participation is then usually possible, with careful consideration of your pain or limitations. Many participants are surprised at how safely they can continue or start training. Please tell me about your current restrictions in the sign up form, or contact me here.

If you’re a new mother, you’re probably still busy finding your rhythm (if there even is one) and getting to know your baby. This group program is for women in the process of rediscovering themselves – a journey that doesn’t start on a set date. Often, there’s more space for it once the early postpartum weeks (or months, or years!) have passed.
Ask yourself: Are you starting to feel a bit more like yourself again? Do you want to reclaim your body and your sense of self? Do you have the capacity to do so?
You’re welcome to join the Pilates & Matrescence group program anytime from 3 months postpartum.

This group program is not about perfection or the “right outfit.” Your body has changed - and that’s exactly where this program comes in. You’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with your body, feel renewed energy, and strengthen your wellbeing.
